• 15 L Malted 2 row Canadian grains, specialty grains, hops, water and yeast. Wort is starting SG 1.075 dilute to 23L
• No adjuncts or additives, no sugars, no extract.
• The mixture of grains; principal base is Gambrinus pale 2 row barley. Brewed locally.

Wyeast, white labs yeast, imperial yeast, cryo hops, liquid

malt extract, dry malt extract.  Grainfather, distilling, CO2

gas, keg and all the basic equipment for craft beer making.
